Looking for a Transaction Coordinator.
We are looking for energetic, positive, self-motivated, individual to fill the position of Transaction Coordinator.

The person in this position is responsible for coordinating and tracking numerous phases of real estate transactions from listing to close. Applicant must be comfortable interfacing with clients, realtors, escrow officers and inspectors.

Eligible applicants must possess the following:

• Strong organizational skills and good follow through
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Ability to work efficiently while handling multiple tasks
• Desire to work within a team setting

Candidate must demonstrate initiative, good judgment and responsibility.

Proficiency in MS Office and contact database systems are a must. Accounting skills and previous experience in QuickBooks are a plus. Real estate experience is not necessary.

This is a full-time, salaried position with growth opportunities.
