Great cash flow from these 7 mobile homes (plus a storage trailer). The homes were mostly built in the 70s and 80s. Rent ranges from $400 to $500 per month. Current rental income when all are full is $2900 per month. Seller purchased them in 2019 and is gradually improving each one when tenants change. Rents are gradually increased when one becomes vacant. There is very little turnover and always renters waiting when one becomes available. The nicest one would be great for a manager or owner to live in. It will be available Aug 1.
