Paul Presson - Buyer Specialist
Paul is the team’s Buyer Specialist. Paul is here to assist home buyers in many ways. He delves deep to find out about their home needs, wants, family plans and other factors impacting their buying decisions. He counsels his buyers about market prices and the housing market’s trends. He has a strong knowledge of home values as well as the properties up for sale at any given time

When his clients find a home they like, he guides them through the purchase offer submission process. Upon purchase offer acceptance by a home seller, he then guides his clients through all contractual details as well as the purchase-to-sale-closing process itself.

Brittany Causey - Marketing Manager
Brittany is the team's full-time marketing specialist. With a bachelors degree in marketing and advertising from Webster University, Brittany has the experience needed to implement marketing programs for our clients and our business.

She manages each new listing to make sure all marketing is in place. This includes taking digital photos, designing top quality marketing materials such as brochures and flyers, maintaining our website and placing print advertising. Brittany works closely with the team to build strong relationships with our clients.

Brittany previously held the position of Marketing Coordinator at a local optical company consisting of 26 retail locations and one surgery center. While in this position, she was responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies for each individual location, based on demographics in the specific area. She was also responsible for creating all print advertising.

Debbie Musielak - Client Care Specialist
Debbie follows the many details of your transaction, providing you with updates and working closely with all parties involved to ensure a successful outcome – CLOSING!

Some of the communications Debbie handles throughout the transaction include:
• Review contracts for accuracy and completion
• Note all contingencies and deadlines for scheduling
• Follow up on completed building inspection
• Contact lender regularly for progress of loan
• Insure financing contingency deadline has been met
• Follow up for completion inspections and repairs
• Schedule walk-thru and closing

Debbie is a licensed Realtor in Missouri. She previously held the position of Buyer's Agent, but now enjoys working behind the scenes helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
